Y&M Regeneration is a women-led company in Ghana that produces timber and tree crop seedlings for plantations, agroforestry systems, and forest restoration projects. Since founding its first nursery in 2009, the company has supplied seedlings that have been planted across over 1,000 hectares, built several new nurseries, and grown a variety of agricultural products for sale on the market, including cashews and corn.
The investment will support the company’s Ecocert certification for honey products and its efforts to increase forest cover through tree planting, intercropping, and beekeeping.
