RWARRI is a non-profit organization in Rwanda with a mission to achieve sustainable livelihoods for low-income households. It partners with them to introduce income-generating activities like agroforestry, bee keeping and water harvesting. Over the last three years, the organization has grown about 2.3 million trees and engaged 308,000 community members in restoration projects.

RWARRI will use the grant to empower communities in Rutsiro and Rubavu and actively engage them in the restoration of the Lake Kivu catchment.
