RDI is a Rwandan non-profit organization that works primarily with smallholder farmers by building their capacity to create environmentally sustainable incomes.

RDI will use the TerraFund grant to restore the Muregeya and Nyabahanga sub-catchments of Lake Kivu by regreening public and private forests. The group will also distribute native seedlings to farmers, offering them a means to enhance soil fertility and grow more fruits to sell.
