Orchard Juice

Orchard Juice partners with farmers to grow fruit trees that restore depleted soils, using its harvest to make and sell freshly squeezed juice. In two years, the company has increased the number of farmers it engages with from 15,500 to 49,800.

This investment will support Orchard Juice’s existing efforts to plant more mango trees on smallholder farms and add exotic trees around the crops to protect them from strong winds. The funding will enable the company to promote agroforestry among farmers, showing them methods to sequester carbon and protect biodiversity while bringing in more profit.
