MIHOSO International is committed to building a safe world for women, youth, and children. It carries out social development programs across seven regions in Ghana, working with over 1,000 communities to improve their well-being.

With this funding, MIHOSO will conduct a baseline survey in forest fringe and cocoa-growing communities to determine the underlying causes of degradation and its impacts on local residents. The organization also plans to train smallholder cocoa farmers and youth on sustainable agriculture and show them how to cultivate non-timber forest products.
